چکیده

One of the programs in Communication Information Technology government field is implementation E-Government. During this digital era, efforts to implement e-government are being actively carried out by public or bureaucracy improve services and governance. Pidie district has begun implementing e-government, one which through District Head Regulation No. 53 2018 concerning Implementation e-Perfomance Government Unit it a part e-government. Regency Personnel Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) socialize disseminating e-performance applications civil servantin Apparatus Work Unit. This research was conducted see relationship between performance Civil Government. used combination method approach using sequential explanatory design. The data collection technique study distribution questionnaires 22 servant (ASN) Central Office District, Regional Secretariat an office directly related employment, namely BKPSDM. sampling purposive non-random nonprobability sampling. Processing Partial least square (PLS) analysis multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. In PLS there three stages evaluation, first evaluating outer model, second inner finally testing hypothesis. results final evaluation hypothesis can be concluded that E-Government significant with improving state apparatuses contribution 79.7%.
